Nurse Practitioners

Nurse practitioners is an advanced practice registered nurse and a type of mid-level practitioner. NPs are trained to assess patient needs, order and interpret diagnostic and laboratory tests, diagnose disease, formulate and prescribe treatment plans.

Nurse Practitioners can essentially do almost all the tasks that doctors do in terms of diagnosing and coming up with treatments. At Dr. Hamilton's office, we have well trained nurse practitioners that work under her supervision and wing to provide the best of care to our patients.
